Grace Community Church was looking for an easy way for their 4,000+ members and guests to find what events were being offered, when they were taking place, and how to navigate to the location.
After researching equipment, communicating with the receptionists who took guest questions, and user testing with staff and church guests I was able to develop a touch screen wayfinder kiosk. I began designing and tested using Adobe XD to ensure that the user experience matched the same overall pattern of a conversation with the receptionists, before developing the final project using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
